A lot of AI tools. No clear place to start.

New AI products show up all the time. Chat, pictures, short video, the phone, marketing, quotes. It is hard to tell which ones fit the work you do, and which ones you can skip.

The AI Strategy Report

Which tools to skip, and what they'd really cost. The PDF names what to pay for, what to leave, and the price of each in Canadian dollars.

This is the front door for every job, including a custom build later. It is for anyone, not only St. Thomas and Area.

First step

Written for your business

C$79US$59 plus applicable taxes

I read your confidential form and write that list for your goals and your budget. The costs in the PDF are in Canadian dollars. That might be a chat assistant, or help with images, short video, the phone, marketing, or the paperwork.

You get a PDF within 3 business days. No formal meeting. Mock visuals are included where they help you picture a change.

See what a report covers

This is the outline I write from. It is not a sample from a real client.

  • How the business runs today
  • Where the time goes
  • Which commercial AI tools fit the goals and the budget
  • Visuals and video
  • Voice and phone
  • Marketing
  • What to subscribe to, and what to skip
  • A plain first month
  • Mock visuals, where they help
  • Whether a later build is worth it

If we build something later, the C$79US$59 is credited toward that work and shown as a discount line on the invoice.

How this compares

People looking for an AI plan usually land on one of three things.

A free generic scorer

A short quiz and a score, often right away. The same kind of answer for a lot of businesses. Fine as a first look. It is not written around your tools, your week, or your budget.

This report

A custom PDF, written from your form and reviewed by me. Which tools to use, which to skip, and what they cost in Canadian dollars.

C$79US$59 plus applicable taxes

No call. The PDF is ready within 3 business days of payment.

An agency audit

A closer look at the business, usually with calls, and often several hundred to thousands of dollars. That can include interviews and a map of how the work runs. This report is a starting plan, not that.

What this is and isn't

It is

  • A custom written plan for your business
  • Which tools to use, and which to skip
  • What those tools cost, in Canadian dollars

It isn't

  • A build. No website, tool, or other work is included
  • A promise that results will follow
  • Legal advice or financial advice

A free taste: tools to skip

Three general tips. They are the same for everyone who reads this page. They are not your report, and you don't need to leave an email.

A second paid chat assistant

If you already pay for one, another usually does the same jobs. Keep one until the work shows you need a second.

A phone bot, for now

A clear voicemail and a habit of calling back the same day covers a lot of missed calls. A phone bot is a later question, not the first spend.

A year paid up front

Pay month to month until a tool is part of the week. A yearly plan is hard to undo if you stop using it.

Choosing AI tools

Every report is built from your answers, so it only covers what fits your business. Here is the range.

Getting seen and found
  • Images and graphics for posts, flyers, menus, and ads.
  • Short video clips from your own photos.
  • Social posts you can keep up with.
  • Your Google Business Profile, reviews, and local search.
  • Email and text, with the consent rules that apply in Canada.
  • Whether paid ads are worth it yet at your budget.
Answering and booking
  • A text back when you miss a call, or an AI phone assistant, set up honestly.
  • Booking so customers are not stuck in phone tag.
  • A website chat or FAQ for the questions you hear often.
  • Answering your own incoming calls. I don't recommend cold-calling customers with AI.
Money and paperwork
  • Quotes, invoices, and bookkeeping that take less time.
  • Proposals, contracts, and e-signatures. A lawyer should read anything that binds you.
  • Meeting notes, and turning them into follow-ups.
  • A simple way to keep sales follow-up in one place.
People and learning
  • Hiring posts, onboarding checklists, and short training videos.
  • Translation, including English and French customer material.
  • Research and spreadsheets: your documents and numbers, turned into answers.
Online stores
  • Product photos, listing copy, and email for Shopify, Etsy, and similar.
Always included
  • Which one to three tools are worth paying for, and what to skip.
  • What to avoid: overlapping subscriptions, and the rules on copyright, customer privacy, and using people's faces or voices.
  • A plain first month, one small step a week.

What this could look like

These are examples of the kind of plan a report might lay out. Yours will be built from your answers. They are not results from a real client.

A lawn and snow business

A simple fall sign-up message, before-and-after posts from your phone, review requests by text, and an assistant that drafts quotes. A later add-on could be a phone helper for the busy weeks.

A cafe or restaurant

A month of social posts in your voice, menu graphics that match your look, your real food photos, and polite replies to reviews. Nothing fake on the plate.

An online shop

Cleaner product backgrounds, listing copy that matches your brand, a short video clip for one product you already sell, and a simple email to past customers.

A solo tradesperson

A text when you miss a call, a Google profile that is complete, quotes that can go out the same day, and a one-page way to ask for reviews.

How it works

The report is how we start. A custom build, if you want one, comes after.

  1. 01

    Tell me about your business

Fill out the form confidentially. How the business runs, and what you need help with. Only I read it.

  2. 02

    I confirm, then you pay

I review what you sent. If I can write a useful report, I email a payment link for the C$79US$59 fee, plus applicable taxes. No formal meeting.

  3. 03

    Your report arrives

Within 3 business days you get a custom PDF: which tools to subscribe to, what to skip, and mock visuals where they help.

  4. 04

    Building, if you want it

If you want help building any of it, your C$79US$59 is credited toward the work and shown as a discount line on your invoice.

Custom builds, after the report

This part is for local small businesses in St. Thomas and Area. A website, a custom tool that saves time, getting found online, or a quotes and invoicing flow. Only if you want the help, and only after the report.

Getting found

If the report says being easier to find would help, this is the kind of work I can do with you afterwards.

Google Business Profile

I set it up, then I look after it. Hours, services, and the details people check before they get in touch.

A simple website you own

A clear site on your domain. What you do, where you work, and a way to reach you.

Local SEO

The basics that help you show up when someone nearby searches for the work you do.

Review requests

A straightforward way to ask a happy customer for a Google review.

Tools for the phone, the laptop, or the computer at home

Custom tools I can build after the report. These are not products on a shelf. If one of them would take work off your hands, I can make it for your business.

Quote and estimate maker

Build a quote on your phone and send it as a PDF.

Change-order sign-off

A customer approves a change from their phone.

Job photo log

Before and after photos, kept with the job.

Invoice and payment reminders

Send an invoice, then a reminder if it is still open.

One-tap review request

A text you can send when the work is done.

Missed-call text-back

A text that goes out when you cannot pick up.

Quote-request form

A form on your site so people can ask for a quote.

Job and schedule board

A simple board for the jobs and the week ahead.

Receipt capture

Snap a receipt so tax time is less of a paper hunt.

Customer list

Names, notes, and a reminder to follow up.

Example

TK Snacks

A website I built for a family snack business. Heritage since 1998. This is a build, not a report sample.

tksnacks.ca

It stays yours

Your domain, your accounts, and your data stay yours. If we stop working together, you keep what we set up.

Your domain

The name and the site sit in an account you control.

Your accounts

Google, hosting, and the tools we use are in your name, not mine.

Your data

Customer lists, quotes, and files stay with you.

What SI means

SI is super intelligence: using today's AI tools in a practical way, for everyday business work.

About Kyle

A man and a woman smiling together in front of a small waterfall in a green garden.
Me and Cassandra.

I'm Kyle, a St. Thomas dad of two girls, 5 and 7, married to Cassandra. I grew up in Shedden, went to high school at Parkside, and we've called St. Thomas home since 2016. In the winter you'll find me at the rink, and in the summer on the soccer field.

I studied mechanical engineering and business at Western and Ivey, and I've spent over a decade in industrial pump sales and applications with Gorman-Rupp. I solve people's pump problems every day: engineers, farmers, fleet managers, sales reps, purchasers, and everyone in between. Different people, same job: get to the real problem, fix it.

I also run my own small business, selling on Amazon.ca, so I know what margins, inventory, cash flow and tax season feel like. I build practical software and websites with the help of AI, and I keep it plain, honest and careful with your money.

KRBY SI is the report, and the builds that can follow it. I write the report for anyone who fills in the form. For local small businesses in St. Thomas and Area, I can also build the website, the listing, or the tool the report points to.

KRBY SI is my own business, separate from my day job.

Questions

What does this cost?

The AI Strategy Report is C$79US$59, plus applicable taxes. It is a custom PDF, written for your business, within 3 business days of payment. If we build something later, that fee is credited and shown as a discount line on the invoice. I quote a build after the report. I don't keep a build price list here.

Do I need to be technical?

No. The report is plain language. If we build something later, I handle the setup.

Is the report only for St. Thomas?

No. The report is for anyone who fills in the form. Custom builds are for local small businesses in St. Thomas and Area.

Who owns the work?

You do. The PDF is yours. If we build a site or a tool later, your domain, your accounts, and your data stay in your name.

How long does it take?

The report arrives within 3 business days after you pay. How long a later build takes depends on the work. I would rather be straight with you than name a date I cannot keep.

What if I already have a site?

Bring it. Tidying it, or starting fresh, can be part of a later build. Nothing on the live site changes until you have seen it and agreed.

What about pictures, video, and commercial use?

If images, video, or a voice tool fit what you told me, the report names which ones to look at. AI is useful for drafts, backgrounds, captions, and a first pass at video. For food, people, and work you have done, I usually suggest your real photos. I'll flag the licensing rules for the tools I recommend.

What if nothing is worth doing for my business?

Then the report says so, and why. I will not add tools or a build just to have something to sell. You still get the PDF.

What if AI isn't a fit for my business?

The report also tells you what to skip, and what isn't worth paying for. If nothing fits, it says so. Not useful? Email us within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.

Tell me how your business runs today. I'll show you what it could look like.

This starts the C$79US$59 AI Strategy Report, plus applicable taxes. What you write is private, and only I read it. I review it, then email a payment link. The PDF follows within 3 business days of payment. No formal meeting.

Most questions are optional. Required ones are marked. Seven short sections.

Email is how I work. I don't take calls.

How useful the report is depends on what you write here. The more specific you are about what the business does, the tools you already use, what eats your time, and your budget, the more the PDF is written for that business.
