Sending the form is not a contract. If I can write a useful report, I email a payment link for C$79, or US$59 for visitors in the United States, plus applicable taxes. Paying that fee is for the business PDF, sent within 3 business days. There is no formal meeting.

The personal toolkit is a separate PDF. That fee is C$39, or US$29 for visitors in the United States, plus applicable taxes. It is not the business report, and it is not credited toward a later build.

A later build is separate

The site also describes custom builds for local small businesses in St. Thomas and Area. A build is a separate agreement, in writing, before I start. The report fee is credited on that invoice as a discount line.

What you keep

Work I set up for you stays yours. That includes your domain, your accounts, your content, and your data.

The words on this site and the KRBY SI mark belong to KRBY Company.
