Which AI tools should I pay for?

And how do I use them in my job or life?

The AI Toolkit

Which tools to skip, and what they'd really cost. I read your short form and write that for the way you spend your days: which tools are worth paying for, which free ones are enough, and what to leave. The prices are in Canadian dollars, in the PDF, not on this page.

For you

A custom plan

C$39US$29 plus applicable taxes

Chat, pictures, short video, notes, job search, or the admin that follows you home. Only what fits. I start with tools you may already have, and I only suggest paying where it clearly saves you time.

If a tool needs someone's face, voice, or private files, the plan says what to check first. I'll flag the licensing rules for the tools I recommend.

What this is and isn't

It is

  • A custom written plan for you
  • Which tools to use, and which to skip
  • What those tools would cost you, in Canadian dollars

It isn't

  • A build. Nothing gets set up for you as part of this
  • A promise that results will follow
  • Legal advice or financial advice

How it works

Three steps. A short form, a custom plan, and a PDF I review before you get it.

  1. 01

    A short form

Tell me what you do, and where a tool would help. Only I read it.

  2. 02

    A custom plan

If I can write something useful, I email a payment link for the C$39US$29 fee, plus applicable taxes. Then I write the plan for your job or your life.

  3. 03

    A PDF, reviewed by me

You get a PDF. I review it before it goes out. No formal meeting.

What this could look like

These are examples of the kind of plan a toolkit might lay out. Yours is built from your answers. They are not real people, and they are not results.

Example

Office worker

Drafts, meeting notes, and a short list of tools that are worth paying for at work. Your employer's rules still come first.

Example

Student

Help studying and keeping notes in order. The writing stays yours. The plan says where a tool is fine, and where it is not.

Example

Freelancer

Proposals, follow-ups, and one or two tools for the work you already do. If the business itself needs a plan, that is the business report.

Example

Job seeker

A résumé draft and practice answers, then you rewrite them in your own words. A short list of tools, not a pile of subscriptions.

Example

Parent

School emails, a family calendar, and keeping photos of real people as real photos. Nothing here is a promise about home life.

Example

Tradesperson

For you, not the shop: a draft quote, a text when you miss a call, and which apps are worth it on your own phone.

A free taste: tools to skip

Three general tips. They are the same for everyone who reads this page. They are not your plan, and you don't need to leave an email.

A pile of chat apps

Three paid chat apps mostly do the same jobs. Pick one and learn it before you pay for another.

A paid image tool you don't need yet

If a free tool already covers the picture you need for a post, a class, or a note, leave the paid one.

A year paid up front

Use a tool for a month before you pay for a year. A yearly plan is hard to undo if you stop opening it.

Questions

What if nothing is worth doing for me?

Then the plan says so, and why. I will not hand you a stack of subscriptions to justify the fee. You still get the PDF.

What if AI isn't a fit for me?

The report also tells you what to skip, and what isn't worth paying for. If nothing fits, it says so. Not useful? Email us within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.

Tell me what you do today.

This starts the C$39US$29 AI Toolkit, plus applicable taxes. I review it, then email a payment link. The PDF is the plan, and I review it before it goes out. No formal meeting.

Most questions are optional. Required ones are marked.

Email is how I work. I don't take calls.

If this is for a business, use the Business switch above.

How useful the plan is depends on what you write here. The more specific you are about what you do, the tools you already use, what eats your time, and what you want to spend, the more the PDF is written for you.
